Lunch Wrap is a Faculty Development Center sponsored faculty program of monthly lunch discussions focused on videos of academic interest. They are all held at noon sharp in the amphitheater.

Sept. 26 food group: Jim's Veg Chili+

  • jim: A big pot o' Veg Chili - black beans, cranberry beans, green peppers, eggplant, mushrooms (because of the talk), onions, garlic, olive oil, crushed chili peppers, salt, pepper.
    • I may throw in some TVP (textured vegetable protein--a soy product)...thoughts?
